If there is no objection raised by the registrar we can say that the Trade Mark Application has been Accepted
There is a roper process for a Trade Mark to be Register which starts with filling an application, once the application is filled it will be examined by the Registrar and an examination report will be sent to the applicant, if there is no objection raised by the registrar we can say that the Trade Mark Application has been Accepted.
After the Examiner has accepted the application, it will be published in the Trade Mark Journal for 4 months where any third party can see it and can file an opposition against it, that published Trademark is called Advertised Trademark.
